I bet he's naked as well !

Only in your dreams!

Seriously, the Gloucester services are some of the best on the UK roads network, well worth a stop.

When going south we also used Darts Farm shopping centre, it's about 4 miles from the motorway and has plenty of spaces (not designated caravan bays) but we never failed to find a space. I say south as the roundabout where you would join to go North is an absolute nightmare 6 lanes and traffic everywhere.

Rownhams is very near us apart from 3 weeks ago to stop in the fuel area and Carole nipped in for a Sunday Times. Never parked in it, but it looks spacious when I drive past at about 55mph, slow because there are so many pot holes in that stretch.

Despite the owner franchises promising to cater for caravans the progress has been zero for years. The M6 south from Carlisle to Birmingham is atrocious. The new services at Gloucester on the M5 are brilliant with a secluded separate caravan area.

We can concur. Stopped on way back from Yorkshire yesterday. Great to have a designated area away from the trucks and the place itself although expensive probably no more than the burger services and certainly better quality.

The Gloucester services are my 1st stop on my way back from Glastonbury Festival each June, without the Eriba that is, breakfast choice of any 9 items. I get to the end then have to do a count and go back to make up the 9, expensive but well worth it
