Good afternoon all, I have recently had a new 13 pin Witter towbar fitted on my Volvo V40. I have noticed that when the internal light comes on in the car the reverse light is on, when I start the engine the reverse light goes off. I have a new Eriba Troll 530 but cannot find anything in the manual. I think its a fault but could it be a park light?

Can anyone advise?

Caravan or car reverse light? Either way a reversing light should only be on when the reverse gear is selected!!

Sounds like whoever fitted the towbar needs to have another look
