any one know if its possible to use the puck 120 beds as singles

They are a bit too narrow for a single bed, have a look at this video you can see the bed made up and the width of the sofa cushion.

As a 2005 Puck 120 owner (who regularly travels alone), unfortunately the answer is No. It is the width of the seats that is the problem, they are just not wide enough for sleeping on unless you are very slim, trust me I have tried with limited success!!
I have thought about all sorts of mods over the last year but to be honest it has just been easier to make up the bed as designed.
