We are reluctantly selling our loved Eriba caravan (Trundle) which we’ve kept in dry barn storage in France for the last nine years. Storage is paid up until 1st July 2018. The secure storage is attached to a campsite run by English owners and around 6 hours travel from the Channel ports. It is the perfect starting point to explore southern Europe.

Trundle is a classic Eriba with most of the original fixtures and fittings. The barn storage has ensured that the bodywork and floor are in exceptional condition with no rot. There is a spare wheel & carrier underneath. The pop-top is in good condition and works well. There are no leaks anywhere and the interior is always clean and dry.
There are a couple of minor abrasions on the outside - see photos.

Internally, the seats, upholstery, curtains, flooring and units are all original. It has a very large bed (6’2” x 6’3”) or alternatively two generous singles. There is a small tear on one of the seats – otherwise they are in perfect condition, see video: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5ZbI0BJ6G0wu5RwJ3
There is plenty of storage, underneath the bed/seats, in overhead lockers all round and deep cupboards at the front. The kitchen is at the front with plenty of worktop space.

The water pump and battery lighting run well from the leisure battery; the original Eriba battery charging system stopped working about 7 years ago, and is now charged using a good quality stand-alone charger, enabling us to constantly monitor the charge state.
The fridge with freezer compartment runs on mains power but has not been connected to the gas system for at least five years. We haven’t needed to use the gas system for heating or cooking for about the same period and would recommend it is checked over.
There are two 3-pin electric sockets, a shaver point, light at front & rear all on mains.
The reading lights, water pump, front & rear lights run from the battery.
There is a spacious wardrobe in which to hang coats, dresses, etc. – and with a full-length mirror.
The door has useful storage compartments but has a few cracks at the top and around the lock/handle. This does not affect the locking or security.
Trundle comes with a proper awning, which is still usable and doesn’t leak but is showing signs of wear and age.
The awning can be fully enclosed and has a window at the front as well as the sides – great for watching those European thundery breakdowns without getting wet.

We don’t have any photos of it with all the sides zipped on … mainly because we tend not to go outside in the rain to take photos!
All the sides zip off and/or can be tied back, perfect for creating airy shade.
Trundle will go anywhere you want to travel, easy to tow and fitting onto some of the best pitches that other larger caravans can only dream of.
The tyres were replaced two years ago and are still in very good condition; wheel bearings and brakes were professionally overhauled three years ago.
Smoke free and no pets.
Comes with two full sets of keys, AL-KO hitchlock, Breckland Lock-Fast wheel lock, AL-KO AKS 1300 tow hitch.
£4,500.00
We have a lot more photos & videos. For more details, please message me and I'll send you a link.
