We are selling our 2003 Eriba familia 310Gt as we are now in need of a 4 berth van due to baby no. 2 due in August . It's a reluctant sale as I don't think I will find a van in such good condition as this.
For those not familiar with the layout - The 310 is a 3 berth van. It has a front dinette which seats 2 and a rear dinette that seats 4. The front dinette converts in to a single bed and the rear dinette into a double. The kitchen is in the centre on one side with the wardrobe and door on the opposite side.
As this is the GT model it has a smooth skin (white over silver) with stone protection to the front, outside locker to underseat storage, spare wheel in cage under rear of van and alloy wheels.
Externally there are no scratches or dents to the bodywork and all the plastic trims ( around lights and tow bar etc) are in great condition.
Internally everything is like new. The internal upholstery is in a cream/ orange colourway (as original) which looks really good with the colour of the wooden lockers. The upholstery is completely unmarked and foam is still as firm as when new.
The kitchen area comprises of a 3 way fridge in good full working order, a 3 burner gas job and a sink with a cold water tap. Below the sink is a large cutlery drawer with a cupboard below(wire basket pan drawer in cupboard and water tank).
There is a truma gas heater which is also in door working order.
Included in the sale is a full awning (euroflex familia) and also an Isabella sun canopy both of which are in great condition.
I will also include a specialised tailored caravan cover( worth over £300)
The van was last serviced and gas checked in February 2017.
