I love Goose but the Chew Valley supplier I got mine from for years sold out.
I will happily settle for a couple of duck breasts now, unless I hear of a good
goose supplier. They all seem to disappear, these good poultry suppliers
I remember my father fetching a turkey it was so big he brought it back sitting
in the childs seat of his bicycle (just over 36lb) we had to take it to the local bakers
to go in his oven (bakers didn't let their ovens cool over Christmas)
