to do or not to do?

Hi there... I am a new member!!!
well, i'd like to have your opinion about a possibility for me to buy the Eriba troll as in the picture. The cost for it is not important but for sure the time and the money i could need to work on it could be considerable! So, i would like your opinion if you think it will be too hard to repair it or not (note that i am almost capable to work as a "to do it yourself" man expect for mechanical parts)....
