What have you done or thought to do to your eriba (/ replacement model) today?

I went our eriba to vacuum out then enjoyed a cuppa, listening to the rain tapping on the roof the rain noise is strangely soothing
went in the house and caught one man and his campervan Yorkshire episode on freeview quest, and then wished we were eriba ring as well..
the campsite shown was
cool camping

I thought about giving ours a nice wash and then wax (Harly) but Rugby got the better of me, so after walking into town and back (about 3 miles each way) I decided to do it in the week, oh the joys of retirement!

I started removing all the caravan bits from the truck into the caravan ready for when the truck goes at the end of next week.
I still need to remove the winch from the truck as I have a customer for that and the part exchange price is the same with or without it so about an hours work will be worth around £100.00 ........well worth doing

I note that in the cleaning section The Eriba - a caravan with two polishing needs Carnauba wax is recommended for the Eriba bodywork. Which though as there are tons of variants to choose from?

Harly for me, easy on and easy off about 10 coats (and no I'm not joking) I can wash, properly! Dry and then wax our van in a morning easily, mind you I keep it clean anyway. And I don't use one of those woosy covers either! Outside in all weathers and woukd still put others ro shame!

OK, so a couple of days ago I went ahead and ordered (via fleebay) a tin of HARLY WAX car polish ' PURE' NO.1 YELLOW CARNAUBA WAX from these people:-

Woods Automotive
John Woods
12 Churchill Crescent
South Molton, Devon EX364EL UK

Received an email from the seller advising on the best application method etc and all in all, a nice friendly contact.

So, one question still remains and that is prior to all this washing and polishing stuff what's the best way/product to remove those ghastly black marks created by rain?
