Tow Ball & Hitch Lock

Hi, we're advised that our car has the wrong tow ball for a Triton 420, (pictures follow), and we need a different one.

The Triton has an Al-Ko stabiliser (AKS 3400 I think) - see picture.

2 questions - could someone confirm the exact towball we need (and where we might get it), and a hitchlock which would be suitable?

Hi, Yes you do have the wrong towball. Compare these two, yours in on the left.

You need the extra neck height to make the ALKO work. Easy fix for about a tenner plus fitting. I wouldn't use the van with that tow ball. Get it changed first.
