We are now selling our beautiful Eriba Familia 310 GT - having got carried away at this years NEC show ! Our new 530 Troll arrives June next year. The 310 is an absolute delight to own. We bought it in 2014 and have used it on 3 holidays. It has been garaged all year round as well as being kept under a cover bought from AL.

It is in "as new condition". I will attach some photos below, but can email more if needs be. I bought it brand new from Adventure Leisure Vehicles in Tebay and have all original documentation and 2 sets of keys (with Eriba supplied leather pouches).

Its a fixed bed so a great nights sleep is guaranteed. Sprung mattress, and lots a storage space below for chairs, table, and paraphernalia.

I will include the CampTech "airbeam" awning (see pictures). This is brilliant. Only bought this summer and used it in the garden for one night. Complete game changer as it takes about 15mins to slide onto the awning rail, peg out the corners and then pump up the 2 airbeams. Has built in windows, mesh and curtains. Its also completely sealed from caravan so no need to fiddle around with side skirtings and blocking off the underside of the caravan etc.

We also bought the soft custom cover from AL. Another great addition as it keeps the Eriba dust free when in the garage and has a roll up door to enable access to the inside whilst still in place.

There is lots of smart features inside:

- Leisure battery
- Touch lighting
- Sprung mattress
- 3 way fridge (with small freezer compartment)
- Amazing amount of storage
- Dinette - this converts to another bed. We also bought the "extender" to make this a large single.

On the outside it is simply stunning in the GT silver with smart alloy wheels. Spare wheel and carrier is also include. I will also include the matching silver 30ltr. Aqua roll and handle.
