Provided it is held with sticky pads, use a length of Fishing line or Dental floss,
hook it around the back of the plate at one end and saw through the pads.

they don't uses screws, all that lovely eriba build quality and they don't use screws to hold the plate on!!!,
what's the world coming to? that could be a deciding factor
