I am going to post a new work today in the Photo Gallery.

I finished an abstract challenge this morning and thought what next. It occurred to me that there is a perfect subject so I have done this acrylic work titled "Little Gem amongst the Big Boys"

It is self explanatory and all done with minimal accuracy, tools and colours, but maybe several of us have been in this situation before.

It is 37 x 28cms on paper.

[widget=4424]By sheer coincidence, I uploaded a photo to the gallery called Morrison among the big boys. I took it last weekend on our practice outing, and when we arrived we were the only non-seasonal visitors. It soon filled up though, with camper vans and awnings on either side and behind us.

The Buckle Caravan Park at Seaford is a bit rough and ready, but it has all the facilities and lovely hot water. The beach is reached by a staircase only 20 yards from our pitch, there's a great cafe at the top of the staircase for breakfast. And best of all it's only half an hour from home.
