I know it might sound a bit of a silly suggestion but as it's highly likely that the new parts will eventually have to come from Germany, you can do a lot worse that to Email or phone our friends Jean or Sandy at Jandi. http://www.eribacaravans.co.uk/
At least they speak the same language (well almost, Scottish ) and they will bend over backwards to help you out.
I don't know but they might be able to source the parts you want and arrange to get them sent direct to Nimes. It's worth a try anyway.
If you do try them, get every bit of information you can from the metal VIN plate near the bottom of your door.
Good luck.

ps. in the meantime I'll try and get in touch with Christophe from the French Forum to see if he has any contacts down south.

Christophe has just got back to me and says that Cevennes is a very good Eriba dealer and parts supplier. http://www.cevennescaravanes.com/

Hi, we camped just down the road from Cevennes Caravans and they had a lot of Eribas for sale, they were also very helpful in the shop. Really hope you get this sorted.

The guys in Nimes called Cevennes, eventually found that a new drum will take 3 weeks! Only one bolt hole is gone, so we're taking it slow and are near Lyon now to pick up door parts from caravane42.com. Then we're going to visit some friends in the area before taking it slow back home to Italy. I can't recommend more highly the guys in Nimes, if you're ever in need in the area!
