Tyre pressures ?

Dear All,

Busy making ready for early spring ........

I am looking through my paperwork for tyre pressures for my 99 Triton with 175/R/13c tyres.

Anyone out there with the spec's?

A very big and debatable subject Mike.

However, we have decided to run our 185/70/R13s at 40 to 42psi. (just under 3 bar) What rating do you have on your tyres? I discovered that different makes of tyre have a different rating from as low as 36psi to as much as 51psi.

As far as I'm aware, this is the latest Hymer Tyre pressure chart. Tyre Pressure Chart

OK Folks thanks for the information.
I will take a closer look at the tyres for the run ratings (which are new Maxxis Bravo UE-168 as fitted by the dealer last year over Oosterblokker-Shire).
Next job is to drop out the spare and check its date............I just know it will be as fitted in 1999! They are not expensive anyway.
