Hi just wanted to introduce ourselves to everyone our names are trevor and Carole we brought a 1986 Eriba Puck in December and called her little Dottie we have been busy cleaning her up and making curtains etc we have discovered some rot on the metal box section outer edge on the right hand side of the van underneath the wardrobe area it has rotted right through and will need replacing we have a family member that does welding but unsure what we have to remove to be able to weld has anyone had to do this job if they could give us a few pointers that would be really great or know someone that would do this for us . We are new to eriba’s We usually sleep in our converted T5 with awning attached but decided we need the comfort a little disappointed with what we have found but we will get it done ready for the trips out when the weather gets better with help from our new friends on the forum (hopefully) thank you for reading my message and hope to hear from someone soon.

If you click on search above and put in 'Eriba Triton needing a lot of welding' written back in 2014. You will come up with the project Mark Fitzgerald did on his van. I'm not sure if on this site now but his wife is on the Facebook Eribafolk site. Good luck.
