Little bit off topic but have now added a 2nd socket under the sink, to allow us to run a kettle and toaster, or Romeska and kettle together on the bench top.

Original factory socket is on the right, new socket is on the left. Used a WAGO 770-133 PLUG WINSTA MIDI connector to connect onto the spare point up under the sink off of the 240volt hook-up circuit.

Took it steady when drilling the hole as the gas pipes are not far behind the front panel Plenty of clearance to fit the socket but take it easy with the drill to avoid an expensive mistake !
