So last year we made it away with not only our 3 dogs but both our teenage children. We have the luxury of having a VW camper to tow our Puck and a awning so we make the space. However our number of dogs now sits at 4!

Yes 4, really, the last three have all been rescued. Two we dumped in a bin as puppies only weeks old. Number 4 was found in a skip, about to be emptied and is about 10 years old. Now OK they are all small, but what is the maximum number of pets you have taken away with youj?

We will no doubt be away again this year with the full family along, at least the Grand Parents stay in a B&B down the road.

Two adult beardies and a 9 month old pup in our SWB Transit campervan that had a two dog Barjo crate between the rear wheel arches and 4 individual belted seats, plus a proper Thetford toilet, fridge, wardrobe and roof lockers. All in a smidge under 16ft long.

Ours are all small dogs so we will manage, which is just as well, we will have a fold down cage and a couple of ground stakes to keep them under control.

We travel with two dogs. One portuguese waterdog and a small puppy (mix). The problem for us is not the space in the Pontos - we have to deal with a "flying escape dog". Our "Portis" jumpes through the mosquitoscreen if she gets a chance.
