Hello all!

I come from Stord, a small island on the west-coast of Norway, close to Bergen. We own a Eriba Pontos 660 gt.(2007/2009) bought it in Switzerland in 2016. We have owned a Troll 552 gt.before.

I thank my sister for my love for Eriba (and camping). Eriba for ever:-)

You are not very mistaken Sir :)! I have been a member here some years but havving forgotten my username as well as password had to start over with a new name last week)
We own a Troll 555 after starting in a Triton 430, - and will upload some pictures of them shortly.
If I passed Bratland when you where there, its likely I would have stopped and taken your picture, as eribas still are rare to see in Norway and I am as you understand, a great fan! Love this forum as well!

Nice to hear that You enjoyed your trip to Norway despite the rain. I took (almost) the same trip last june with my daughter and it was rain and fog 90 % of the time.
We had better luck with the weather when we traveled to France (Vendee) for 3 weeks in july/august.

My wife and I haven't been brave enough to venture from England yet. But now that we both have more time on our hands we hope to and would love to travel to Norway.

An outboard fitted to the Pontos plus a satnav should get you to Aberdeen OK. Then the whole of the UK is your lobster.

Hehe... I have an outboard lying around... don’t need a sat. nav. Viking navigation you know😀😀. I missed the lobster😂😂😂
