Just opened up our Familia acquired last November (first caravan ever) then immediately overwintered. Looking forward to our first season and hope not to appear too clueless in public.

Hi Hayfamiliar & welcome to the forum.

One of the great joys of looking helpless and lost with an Eriba, if there is another one on site they are soon over to introduce themselves and try to help you out. On our maiden trip to Dorset we had three other Eriba owners helping us out within 15 minutes. On our next trip to York the three Eriba owners on site helped a couple with a new to them Troll put up a second hand awning - the blind leading the blind but we got it fastened to the van. MikeT
