Congratulations on the imminent arrival. Don't wish to sound negative, but please remember to check:-
- all doors and cupboard hinge flaps are well and truly screwed up firmly.
- the touch insensitive lights work
- awing gutter is not blocked with mastic
- if collecting from Lowdhams ask about a 5yr service contract
etc

Are you going to make a guest appearance at this summers gathering with the new baby?
