Sink tap

Over the winter I must have left some water in the spout of the sink tap and although it is kept in a locked workshop, the freezing temperatures must have frozen what little water was in the spout. Guess what it developed a leak. On pulling it off I could see the split. When I asked Tebay for a replacement they said that it was a common fault in my 540 2015 Troll and I would need a new tap at £70.00! Argh!
If you google Caratech and search ‘tap spout’ you’ll find a replacement spout for £12.50. Lots of other goodies on their site too. Hope this helps

Eckcan here, just back from Brittany having spent the last 3 weeks without a kichen tap as it was leaking from the plastic block. I have taken it from the van repaired it using the extra super glue that plus the filler you add and then fileing the unit back it seems to have done the trick, but I have taken a note of your replacement tap address just in case. Also on the way back home, lost my fridge grill exterior panel, so am waiting for a replacement one from jandi. Thanks for that.
