Where can i get a new hitch assembly from

I have been told that i need to replace my eriba puck 1996 models hitch assembly instead of replacing the damper bushes. Alko are having trouble Getting me a replacement. Does anyone know where i can get a new one from and does it have to be an alko ?

Al-Ko, (and their suppliers) should be able to identify parts from the drawbar's ETI number, yours is stamped 811072 - the number shown after the spanner symbol.
The type number for ETI 811072 is 60S/2, although yours is stamped with what appears to be 60S/3.

This looks like yours.

Do you mean drawbar bushes, as opposed to damper bushes?
