I was told it had been a productive day

We went for a haircut, Carole has an appointment and I go along. On the way into city at 11.30 we called at a very good butcher and she was ages and spent about £63 but we got 14 meals Carole reckons. The hairdressers are Italian bro and sis and father has been doing my hair for about 50 years from when he arrived in UK as apprentice at the barber I was going to. He now has his own salon and daughter has her own next door. His son did me yesterday and I have played snooker with him, but he is nearly pro standard. Then to IKEA with a list. I hate there, only 2nd time in but can see the quality and value. We got 5 out of 7 items and then went back to hairdressers as Carole had forgotten her cardy. Then to ASDA for the big shop while I had a snooze in the car, then onto computer shop where my laptop had been cleared of spyware, then to library and we got some books, surprise there and home at about 4pm.
A productive day.

Oddly no, we were so intent on stuff and Carole said well on the way back we could have had IKEA's famous meatballs, but we didn't. She had planned a lovely meal which we did have having got the stuff at the butchers, so that was earlier than usual after a coupld of stiff G&Ts.

Yes, we have tried their meat balls, but at home, not in store and well worth the hassle of getting them.
