I have tried a pair of the type that grip the top & bottom of the mirror & have thick rubber bands over the back of the casing but, they don't fit My Yeti due to the shape as the tops are curved downwards quite considerably.

I don't like anything too wide as I've had 5 years of having several M/home mirrors smashed to pieces, they stick out so far, which seems the case with any of that style & more so the Millenco & the EMUK even when turned vertical.

On the way back from collecting the van from Holland, I had a reasonable view down either side of the Troll but probably not quite enough to overcome the blind spot diagram & certainly not enough for my own satisfaction & safety.

These look to be a good compromise.
