the layout makes great use of space with the comfy front positioned lounge converting at night to a huge king size double bed approx. 1.9m by 1.70m. Kitchen has a 3 ring gas hob with 3 way (240v, 12v and gas) refrigerator, foot operated tap with Whale external pump point and submersible water pump included so compatible with aqua roll or similar. Leisure battery fitted so lights and fridge can operate when electric hook up not available. Gas locker has bulkhead regulator for propane bottle.

There are two 240v sockets in the van, outside lamp and blackout blinds, insect screens and curtains fitted to all windows.

The pop top operates smoothly and seals well, the canvas and insect screen is in great condition. Tyres are in good shape, 4 years old and the spare looks unused.

Good condition throughout, there's a small ding on the front corner (see pictures) and one of the windows has a small repair but bear in mind this van is 17 years old.

We bought her from Automotive Leisure last year and the van was fully serviced by them prior to sale, has been kept in garage since other than when in use (3 weeks in total).

Also included is the Kampa Pop Air Pro 290 awning specifically designed for the Puck L - it effectively doubles the living space and is quick and easy to erect
