If so, isn't it the same as the other 2000-2005 Eriba models?

Oh, that's a late one Nick. Normally the Yellow stripes finished in 2000/2001 although there are a few as late as 2002.

Let's see what Jandi come up with first but there are alternatives which look very similar.

In that case Nick, I wonder if your rear light cluster is the same as the Yellow striped (and Purple striped) Familias, Tritons and Troll of the same era?

Yes, I see it Nick. So, although they are now discontinued by Eriba, there should be a lot of them still around as they were used on all Eribas during the '90s other than Pucks. Has Jandi got back to you. You should mention the fact that they are not Puck lights but the bigger ones that were used on Pan/Familias, Tritons and Trolls of the era.

I think a number of owners have replaced the whole light clusters with something similar from the Hella catalogue.

It is more than likely a Hella unit. See if there is a part number anywhere and search for a replacement on line.

The same light units will almost certainly have also been used on cars or commercial vehicles of the period so it would be a good idea to cross-reference the part number to try to identify other uses. You may then be able to source a second-hand replacement from a vehicle dismantler.

I'm pretty sure I did that with something from Hella that I once needed.

Buying anything in a Hymer box will carry a hefty mark up.
