Purchased new by us from Eriba Ltd with Diamond Plus Pack she has a full service history and is offered with:

Alko Hitch Lock, Milenco wheel clamp, Soplair awning with additional bedroom annexe and full set of matching sun blinds, Gas bottle (new hose), Hymer loose fit carpet, Alloy wheels with locking nut, Sprung seating, Truma gas heater with blown air heating, Exterior access locker, Blinds on all windows with flyscreens including on entrance door, Three x 240v 3 pin sockets, Three x 12v sockets, Spare wheel in underslung carrier. Caravan cover (not new but will do another year or two), Three burner hob, Three-way 70L fridge, Kitchen extension flap, Sink cover/chopping board, Hook up cable, New tyres this year.

During stormy weather in September we noticed some water ingress. This was traced to a failure of the seal on the awning rail and this has now been expertly repaired by John England of Neston Caravans Ltd who also replaced the rear window seal and apart from this she is in superb condition inside and out (see photos, link below).

She is now under cover at our home.

We have loved and cherished Marmite from new. Smoke and pet free, we have always had throws on the upholstery which is still in immaculate condition and she is only for sale because we are not as spry as we used to be and a long sleeper is a better fit for us now..

Yes it's a 4 berth, two doubles we've slept 5 in it, two adults at the front and three sprogs in the slightly larger rear bed, it was lovely when we were down to two sprogs on our hols it meant we got the bigger bed[funnyg

Hi What is meant by Diamond Plus package? Also, does the heater work form electricity as well as gas?

The Diamond plus pack included , uprated axle ,alloy wheels, spare wheel and carrier and various other bits included in the description.

The heater is gas only, no electric element . An element can be retro fitted if required - we've never found the need, a 500w oil filled radiator has kept us cosy throughout the cooler months.

Seems expensive considering its age ?

We wondered too but we were advised that that was the best asking price by an Eriba expert as it is quite a rare layout , we are open to reasonable offers but it's early days for folk looking for this season. We posted the for sale notice when we bought our new van last October and realistically we knew we would have to keep her safely at home under cover until the Spring.
