Pink pancakes gluten free
using a blender,
add hand full of frozen peas / or fresh out of the pod.
3 slices of beetroot
1 peeled banana
2 eggs
drop of virgin olive oil
then splash of (lactose free) milk
set off blender ensuring the lid is firmly on!!!
add 135g of (gluten free) self raisin flour
add honey or sugar to preference or leave sugar out
set off blender and add the milk till consistency of yoghurt.
activate the cooking device
warm the pan, add small amount of mix, roll round and flip
wondering if changing the beetroot for blue berries would make spooky blue pancakes,
