Unfortunately the vans do occasionally leak and somebody will come along soon to advise you what to do, or you could use the search facility as this has been covered in several threads
What year is your van as some 2017/18 vans are at present the subject of a recall for window rubbers to be replaced.

Our 530 had a small leak at the rear (big) window. Spotted it literally as a tiny trickle luckily before it caused staining unlike sadly the front windows. The fault was found to be the awning rail parting company with the van on the corners and the water getting in and running down coming out just below the window. John E removed and refitted our awning rail last year and touch wood no more water ingress.

Ok cheers trouble is this van as had its recall so my concerns as I mentioned to the dealer that if it's not broken why mend it. It went in dry and as come back with a leaking rear window. It is now back at the dealers again .my last British plastic caravan was haunted by water ingress that's why I went for a Eriba van under recomendation from a friend........please Eriba people convince me its just a blip😣

there was an brake light seal issue in centre above rear window way back in my early years of eriba ownership., but not heard of window seals leaking till the recall,
but sadly Julie has suffered with one, as mentioned above.
your eriba is fairly new, so would suggest its an annoying re fit of a new seal, from the recall at fault, (human element possible muscle fatigue) get them to hose the eriba while your in there to check their work
fingers are crossed for you to have no more issues, but more happy holidays.
