Thanks for adding me to the forum. We are eagerly awaiting delivery of our new Troll 550GT, a recent purchase after many years camping with a caravan, owning a static caravan, a tent trailer and now the Troll.
We aim to do plenty of weekends away, as well as longer trips. We're 42 and 34, male couple, and we're from a tiny town in Belgium in what are known as the Flemmish Ardennes, a hilly part of Flanders. Our camping trips in recent years have taken us around the Benelux and we've had 3 consecutive fab summer holidays in Cornwall. This year, we're swapping our beloved Cornish coast for Bretagne, I hope it lives up to our expectations!
Camping for us is an opportunity to calm down from normal life, and I love to cook extensively (you can never have enough BBQ's in your camper/tent/caravan).

No - if you look on Google maps, the Flemmish Ardennes is the region around Ronse, Brakel, Oudenaarde.

Indeed - We're close to the Flemmish, Walloon and French border here. Depending on your definition of "close", everywhere/anywhere in Belgium is close ofcourse #tinycountry

Yes we did - Campirama is a 30 min drive from here, they have recently relocated and are now in Izegem.

Merci! We just booked at Port l'Épine in Trélévern - campsite On the beach. Looking forward to explore, visit markets and do some mean cooking (I always say that Belgian cooking is like French cooking, but larger portions).
