ACSI camping card app

Just received books and card for 2019 and paid fee to renew the app which we found very useful last year. Have 2 problems however, I can log in but do not have any entries in my favourites list. I did have prior to attempting to download the offline maps which also keeps crashing out halfway through the download.
Any advice suggestions welcome

Still having problems downloading maps but have managed to get Spain maps back which include favourites so if can manage to download France then should have all last years favourites listed

Sorry Mr Nut but I can't help you there. Don't know what's happening to yours but Mrs R has downloaded everything including new countries this year and all are OK.
