Second hand selling price??

I have a 2009 Troll VGNTRLLOOOO279889. Purchased new in Bordeaux France In extremely good condition - as new. With leisure battery, bike tow-hitch + other extras. Non smokers. No fry-ups. Can anyone let me know what the market price would be sold privately?

Has it been UKised or has it got French spec. rear lights etc and is the price required for selling in the UK or France?
