Is this still for sale?
If so can you tell me what age was the van you had it fitted to and what size 4900 did it fit to, length and pullout?

Yes the Safari room is still for sale. We originally bought it with the Omnistor for our 2006 Troll 540. We bought a new Toll 540 2018 and had the omnistor transferred to it. The omnistor is side mounted and we have since replaced it with a roof mounted omnistor which allows us easier access into our very narrow driveway. Unfortunately the safari room does not fit this. Hence the sale.
The omnistor 4900 is 3.5m long with 2.5 projection with small height fashioned specifically by Rose Awnings for a Troll.

We have a Troll 530 2016. Rose have given us a quote for the 4900 at £915 fitted, but no longer offer any residence or smart panels for the 4900.

Did the safari room fit your new 2018 van before you went with the roof mounted version? Just wondering about the difference in height between pre and post 2009 ?

Yes the safari room fitted just the same on both trolls. I'm assuming the awning rail is the same height on both caravans even though the roof heights are slightly different. Rose Awnings did all the work for us if you want to check with them. I'm not sure what you mean by rear poles? The sides attach to poles which need a small attachment fitted to the omnistor (we have those poles) The front slides in to the omnistor pull out rail. If you decide to purchase and go through Rose Awnings I would suggest that you take the room to them and ask them to fit the small attachments and demonstrate how to set the room up. I have dealt with this company and found them very obliging from the start. Our main problem is that the new 540 is 4 inches wider than the old one and with the side mounted omnistor just wouldn't get up our driveway.
