Hi folks, as a newbie I have tried to search for previous threads rather than bother you with the same old question but unable to find any as" Search" seems to look at any content rather than topic like "toilet light" ??
So here goes - we have a 2008 Troll 550 GT which I am changing to LED bulbs. The Hymer handbook says "Press the lamp glass at both hooks together and pull it out" Can someone please explain what that means as they obviously don't get an English engineer to proof read their manuals !

Hi Phil, Did you get an answer to this? I am also replacing to LED, and cannot fathom how to get the lamp out of the housing, or what "Press the lamp glass at both hooks together and pull it out" means!!

I changed my bulbs to LED and the covers do just pull out. Once you have removed one, it'a a walk in the park.

I did ours, it takes a fair bit of force but they do come out.

I tried this but my led bulbs wouldn’t fit as the recess is very narrow. Which ones did you use?

I'm sorry it was 3 years ago, I can't remember.

Thank you. I’ve fitted leds everywhere else so wanted to finish the job and the original bulbs get so hot you can burn your fingers trying to turn the light off in the middle of the night after a trip to the loo!
