Scratches on silver gt 310 tourer

I've got a couple of scratches on the outside body of the silver paintwork. I can feel the scratch with my thumbnail but it still showing as silver. Any ideas as to best way of filling in/hiding/repairing :-((

Don't attempt to use a touch up paint. Try a coloured car polish/wax. This may camouflage the damage slightly but I'm afraid you will have to live with such imperfections.
