Hi.
Ours is a 2006 Triton and although using a Kampa 340 at the moment we are thinking of something simpler. Thinking of a Shadow fpr France but,
Is a (bonded) Omnistore or similar a viable proposition? We would ideally want the option of side walls as well.
Thanks.
Bob

Bob,
we also have a Triton and are back to using a Kampa pop-air for longer pitches. Currently in France nearing end of 6 week stay over 5 sites we have used it for about 1/2 the time, using our Isabella Shadow (3m) the rest of the time.
I've thought many times about a wind out Omni bonded to the roof but see it as a 1/2 way house when fitted with sides or "room" set-up. Getting sufficient fall on the roof does appear to be an issue.
If I had Troll then I would consider a bonded wind out for ease of use, but I don't think I would bother with anything else to supplement it.

Thanks very much for your advice, I tbink we will probably carry on with our plan to supplement our Kampa with a Shadow. In passing though, our only problem with the Kampa is that, despite adjusting various pegs, we are having difficulty of re-zipping the door (at the top corrner). We have only used it twice but anyone else having this problem?.
Thanks

Bob,
I understand exactly what you are saying. We do not totally open up the front centre door. It is two way zipped and we pull the zips so they meet at the bottom letting the door flap as a triangle. When you then zip it up the the door fabric is easily pulled into the opening.
At night we unzip the complete front a 150mm or so and found this reduces condensation.
If it gets sunny and warm we unzip the complete front down to within 150mm or so of the ground and roll it up into sausage that rests on the groundsheet.

Excellent! Just packing up after 4 days at the excellent Branscome airfield (Sidmouth) but will try your method next time out.
Many thanks
