Although I've been reading everyone's comments with interest, I've kept quiet because Lavinia has been behaving impeccably for the past month or so.

We've been treating her gently and we've noticed that like some other ladies, she doesn't like reversing and because we live in a cul-de-sac every journey involves reversing (duck, incoming) . Therefore we don't switch her on until we have turned around and are heading out.

However after yesterday she is lost again. Where we turned onto the roundabout out of the village and left up the dual carriageway, we noticed she went straight ahead and over a very steep, forested hill into the next valley.
