Caravan and car lights tester

Recently noticed that the sidelights (daytime running lights) on our Eriba were out. After testing with a multi meter for continuity etc, I found no faults. In the end, the problem was a bad connection at a splice connector point for one of the car sidelights. This being after the bypass relay and before the cars sidelights. How did I work this out? Probably because I bought the item below. Plug it in to your car or caravan and it tells you what wire and or connections need attention - as far as the relay that is. Cheap and cheerful but worked a treat. The pic shows the sidelights working after the fix btw.

PS. Under a tenner on Ebay

Wenn Sie hier auf Links zu eBay klicken und einen Kauf tätigen, kann dies dazu führen, dass diese Website eine Provision erhält.

For example...

Hmmm... interesting...

Just a note to say that the two ebay examples are different - 1 is for 13 pin, the other for 7 pin sockets.Just make sure you have noted that before making a purchase..
