Hi everyone,
We are hoping to buy a small Eriba with a washroom and could do with a some help re. External heights. Ideally we would like to store the Eriba in the garage so we are restricted on height. From my research, I have noticed the 1990s familia/pan have an external height of 214 but the 2000 models appear to be 226 - is this correct? If so, does anyone know what year they changed?
Thanks so much.

Looking at the german brochures Eriba Sales Literature part 1

1991 shows 214 high
1992 shows 220 high

if my german is correct don't know about the 226 figure

Thanks so much! The garage opening is 215 so it’s going to be tight!

If your van is 214cm it may not be as tight as you anticipate. Your van will probably have dropped slightly as the suspension has aged and give you a little more clearance. This was the case with my previous vans and I see no reason to believe it is not the norm.

You could also drop the tyre pressure to lower the van but remember to pump them up again once the vans in

I'm not sure where you read the 2.14 metres from either. I thought all Eribas apart from Pucks and Puck Ls, measure 2.20 metres as does our 99 Troll. The 2.26 measurement applies to vans post 2009/10 with the flatter roof profile.

I've just noticed that Tony Lloyd of Eriba Caravan Sales is quoting overall heights for 90s Pan/Familias as 2.14 metres. (post 2000 Pans are 2,20 metres).

However, brochures are quoting 2.20 metres for both decades. Tony knows the product well although I think the door height, wheel size (13") etc is the same for 90s Familias as for Tritons and Trolls. It wouldn't make sense to have a lower van or door height would it?
