Damage to my beloved Eric the Eriba

Tonight I have entered a campsite and hit a wall due to a poorly parked vehicle. The entrance was very narrow and I have been here many times. The damage to the caravan side is substantial. Completely my fault but we need to claim. There are deep groves lower panel and 2 small dents beneath the windows. Never ever done this before. Does anyone know the turn around on repairs like this for Eribas?

I'm currently in the process of getting my Triton repaired after being rear ended in slow moving traffic. Unlike a claim on car insurance, I am having to do all the leg work myself. I have to obtain quotes and submit them for approval. I also have to claim my excess and uninsured losses from the other insurance company.
I suspect it will take months rather than weeks. Unlike a car, pattern parts are not readily available and new parts are expensive. The quote will no doubt be contested by the other insurance company, adding to the time and hassle.
