Lowdhams of Nottigham supplie my new Eriba back in 2017 and I have a service contract with them.
This morning I received a blanket e-mail sent out reminding owners to book a service when needed.
A month or so ago I had booked mine for Feb 2020, so initially thought nothing of it, then decided to give them a call.
They have a new system and my booking had not been entered onto the system, so be warned, you might be in a similar position.
