Battery charging question

Silly question but not sure how to check this. With the mains hook up lead plugged in and working (e.g. electric heater on occasionally to prevent damp over the winter), is the battery also being charged? Or is it only being charged when the 12V switch is on?

I'm guessing you have on of the newer vans as you have a 12v switch. If this is the case the switch turns on/off the 12 volt feed to your internal lights. IWhen hooked up your battery should be being charged.

Your battery will still be being charged.
