Nothing springs to mind particular to that model to look out for that you would not have checked on your 420.

If they stretched to a 2007 model they should be assured of getting the nicer facelifted woodwork with curved panels,flaps etc that started 2006/7.

When they find the van they want they will obviously go looking for bits such as awning etc. While this has been covered in great detail and we all have our preferences, one thing has not cropped up about the much loved Fiamma Caravanstore canopy. The model needed for the Familia has three sliding sections to each leg instead of the longer models two sections. In hindsight I found this weaker and having owned an Isabella Shadow since then would advise an Isabella for these shorter vans.

I'm guessing you have passed on all the usual places to look.
