Pop top repair

Hello folks
Hope you are all keeping well.
I have a gel coat repair to carry out on my pop top roof. It is bang in the middle of the roof and access is difficult. Does anyone know how much weight can the roof cope with. I want to use some kind of crawler board to distribute my weight. Is this achievable. Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.

I have laid ontop of mine, but I don't think you would be able to and do the repair as the roof would probably be flexing as you move. Ideally you want a short tower either side of the van and span scaffolding boards.

You could remove the roof.
