It is only right that those who are booked on the cancelled Meet and have Credit Notes should have first option to book on the 2021 Dorset Meet. Currently the Meet is scheduled for a mid September 2020 announcement. Therefore those who have a Credit Note and are planning to attend the Meet should let Andy know by 1 September 2020 so that he is aware of the number of pitches available before the Meet is announced to a wider audience. We have 38 pitches, Grass and Hardstanding, reserved for our use. Once the Meet is announced it will be first come first served.
