Hi I was sure i had joined this group before but i seemed to have lost all login details password etc so here I am for the first or second time 😂. We have yet to pick up our Ocean Drive once lockdown restrictions ease here in scotland. At the moment we’re thinking it may well be camping in the garden for the foreseeable future but that will give us time to practice before arriving at a campsite and looking like the newbies. We had a VW camper before so enjoy the camping life & had a larger caravan when our sons were young, so not complete novices. Any tips would be very helpful thanks

Hi Joelle and welcome to Eribafolk

You could well have joined us previously but we have a policy of removing members if they are inactive for a while. This, we must do, as our forum hosts charge us by numbers of members so we would be foolish to keep names on the book who are no longer interested. The cut off period is 6 months without activity but please don't think you have to post anything, by logging in the forum takes account of the fact that you're still an active member.

Yes, we are all waiting for that day when we can get out and about with our Eribas again although I suppose most of us have been lucky with the fine weather allowing us to have a walk around the garden or sit on the doorstep.

Hi and
From two who can remember that first time we put the awning up on a campsite!!..trying to act like you know what you are doing, whisper swearing at the other half. Then finding out why they call it a divorce in a bag!!

Or you get the awning up, all pegged down and then realise it’s inside out 😂

Hi Joelle and welcome back to the Forum.

Don't take the losing of your log in as personal, I am on my third return. A couple of long non-caravaning periods following two hip replacements meant that I disappeared for a while. However I signed back recently and it is good to be part of the Forum again.

Everyone has accepted my daft questions and inane witterings again.

We are all looking forward to not just sitting in our beloved Eriba's on the drive way again.& getting out on the road. Your Ocean Drive is brilliant . and excellent eye candy.
