Thanks Islay. They are clearly different.

The one I was given is the second edition produced in 2003 and published by Hooray for Cooking Limited from Preston. It was written by a lady called Milena Grenfell-Baines who I have never heard of, with a Czech chef Karina Havlu.

However looking in her acknowledgements page her business partner was a caterer called Derek Smith. He was a lovely bloke that I worked with at Preston College in the 1980s - what a surprise...!
