Many thanks. Errol

Errol,
that does not sound correct. When you open the waste hatch down the right hand side should be a clear plastic tube about 10mm in diameter. Can you post a picture so we can see what you have.

Thanks for the response! It’ll take me awhile to figure out how to send a picture! In the meantime I’ve seen a pic of the level tube on the right side of the hatch, and there definatly isn’t one!
I’m trying to get to get the flush to work, the fuse had blown, so I thought I would fill the tank with Milton solution to free the pump, but it’s full!

Many thanks Errol

Don't use ' Fotos hochladen'.
Once you've clicked on Attach file, click on the 'Choose Files' button which appears next. Navigate to the photo you want to use on whatever you're compiling the reply on, and select it. Doing this should return you to the forum page dialogue box you are using.
Click on 'Upload', then click 'insert' (which appears after the file name of the photo once it has actually uploaded).
A smaller window will then appear entitled 'embed image'. Leave 'Breite' as auto, click the 'Flow' option, then 'insert image'.
This window will now close, and be replaced by the reply box again. Your text will now be followed by a message like this: [[File:P1010010.JPG|none|auto]].
Click the 'Preview' button below the reply box, and check that your image is where it's supposed to be.
It's a faff, but we don't get to choose how it works I'm afraid.
If it hasn't worked, the only thing I can suggest is to tear off your own arms and eat them.
Good luck...
.

Thanks for the pdf, unfortunately it doesn’t mention draining the tank!
I’ve just seen from Thetford, drain using the tube, which I haven’t got, or use the flush pump, which doesn’t work!
I’ll have to bite the bullet and take the pump out.
Many thanks Errol

Try checking if the drain point has just been plugged up and the drain pipe removed (maybe in previous ownership).

I don't know if ours is the same model as yours but this is what it looks like inside the locker. You just unclip the transparent pipe and remove the rubber bung in the end to drain it. Are you saying that you don't have the pipe containing the pink liquid shown in the picture?

Don't be put off regarding adding pictures, it really is dead simple and allows people to respond far better to your queries.

Good afternoon! And it really is.regarding the “pipe” we definatly don’t have it! There is no channel up the side for it to sit in and there are no signs of any modifications.our filler is a straight grey colour type that swings out.
Now for the good news,I have managed to remove the pump and free it off! It is now back in and working wonderfully.i think that was the worst job I have done on this project!
Thanks to you all for your help
Till next time Errol

So, no pictures then?
I was really looking forward to seeing some photographs of something that wasn't there.
What a disappointment. And in more ways than one; I'm never going to get back the three hours* I spent explaining how to post photos on here.
Phooey.
*Three hours might be a slight exaggeration.

Maybe this will help. This link will take you through adding photos to the forum, step by step, showing what you should see on the screen and what buttons to press etc.
(the link will take you to a shared pdf document on my one drive account).
