two days off going away in our new to us Troll, bought last November and not used through winter and then Covid struck my better half was putting some item into the lockers over the bed and let go of the door. wallop it landed on the bed splitting the beading.
glued with good quality wood glue and clamped over night.
refitted today and with some thin waxed cord i use for model boat rigging and none insulated cable crimps(eyelet type) i made some restrainers to stop it happening again now can only open 45degrees.
luckily you have to look hard to see the mark where the wood slip.
crap design though the weight of those heavy doors on flimsy screw and timber.
