Having just decanted and bottled our first 3 bottles of sloe gin, Bunny decided to do something with the sloes rathe than throw them away, so we now have several jars of sloe and blackberry and sloe and apple jam, plus the blackberries from the blackberry gin is now blackberry and apple jam, just waiting for the rhubarb and ginger to finish now, anyone else reuse their sloes?
