Having just decanted and bottled our first 3 bottles of sloe gin, Bunny decided to do something with the sloes rathe than throw them away, so we now have several jars of sloe and blackberry and sloe and apple jam, plus the blackberries from the blackberry gin is now blackberry and apple jam, just waiting for the rhubarb and ginger to finish now, anyone else reuse their sloes?

We made some blueberry gin during the first lockdown. It was really nice colour and very tasty when we started drinking it - all long gone now..............

We weren't as good as you but we used some of the berries in a sweet with a meringue nest and vanilla ice cream and it was very tasty. Didn't think of making jam with the rest of them and just put them in our composting bin. The worms seemed to enjoy them.
